The Miller’s Western Rustic is a slower growing breed compared to an industrial Cornish Giant and is ideal for the backyard flock.
These birds have yellow skin, strong yellow legs, tasty meat
and nice barred red plumage.
More resistant to disease than the Cornish Giants and far more hardy.

Average live weight at 9 weeks is 5.5 lbs and at 12 weeks is 7 ‐ 8 lbs.
