Location & Hours

Where is Purity Feed located?

Purity Feed Kamloops has two locations located on the Kamloops Indian Band Industrial
Park. Our main retail store is located at 471 Okanagan Way. Our Garden Centre is
located at 1360 Dene Drive

Purity Feed Merritt is located at 1690 Voght Street in downtown Merritt

Both of our stores are near highway access and offer parking for large configuration

What are Purity Feed's Store Hours?

Both Purity Feed Kamloops and Merritt are open Monday through Friday 8 am until 5:30
pm. Open on Saturday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. We are closed Sundays and all
Statutory holidays.

Our seasonal Garden Centre’s are open from early April until mid-June, seven days a
week, 8:30 am until 5:30 pm, Monday thru Saturday and from 10:00 am until 4:30 pm on

Curbside Pick-up

How does curbside pick-up work?

Curbside orders can be placed online. Please select the pickup location nearest

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when your order is ready for pick up.


What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Products & Inventory

Do you offer rain checks on sold out inventory?

We are good inventory managers but sometimes we do run low on inventory.

If you are anticipating that you are going to be needing something soon and it is
available, we suggest that you buy it when available.

Unfulfilled orders will be held until new inventory arrives to fill complete orders.

If we do not expect quick restock of inventory, we will reach out to you with suggestions or recommendations for replacement products.

We do offer rain checks on the pricing of most oversold products.

Does Purity Feed sell gift cards?

Purity Feed has physical gift cards available for purchase in store or online. Gift cards
purchased online can be picked up at either our Kamloops or Merritt location or mailed


Are all items sold on available for shipping?

Due to the nature, size and intended use of many of the products sold by Purity Feed,
not all products are available for online shipping. ONLINE SHIPPING or CUSTOMER
PICK UP ONLY will be noted at point of product description.

Does Purity Feed offer local delivery for larger products or bigger orders?

Purity Feed has excellent in-house and third-party delivery partners to handle any order
that you need.

We base our deliveries on size/weight and distance to deliver products.

Once shipping is arranged, we email each customer with approximate shipping times.

Returns & Refunds

If a purchase needs to be returned, who pays the shipping?

Please read our Returns policy prior to returning the product.

If footwear is being returned because of fit as anticipated by the customer or if the
customer no longer wants the product, shipping is paid by the customer.

If we have sent you the wrong product or if it is deemed defective upon delivery, we will
gladly pay the shipping.

Does Purity Feed accept online returns in person at its stores?

If products are returned in resalable condition and meet the conditions of our return
policy, products can be returned at either of Purity Feed’s locations in Kamloops or

Once products are returned, they will be assessed and returned to our inventory.
Customers will be credited, or products can be exchanged for credit or in-store purchases.

Are Purity Feed's garden plants under warranty?

All our plant material is in excellent shape when it leaves our yard. Death loss to neglect
or weather is not covered under warranty.

Any trees, shrubs, vines or roses purchased at our garden centres are under a one year
