Annual Forage Pro is a Full Season Cover crop designed to be used in multi-use cropping situations.  It can be used as a Silage crop, as dry hay or for grazing.  This mix is a blend of grasses, grains and root vegetables that are to be seeded when soil temperature is between 6 - 10 degrees Celsius.  We have had customers graze cattle on our Annual Forage Pro right through November and December. 

Forage Pro is an excellent contender to be used in any REGENERATIVE agricultural practices.  It is great for increasing soil organic matter, reducing soil erosion, reduced weed suppression and increased water absorption., 

Seeding rate - 45 - 60 pounds per acre.
