Agri-Blok 25% is Canadian Agri-Blend's cold-pour protein supplement, formulated to balance the diet of cattle on range. It provides 25% crude protein, of which up to 15% comes from non-protein nitrogen, and is offered free-choice so cattle can help themselves.

Along with protein, each tub supplies calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and trace minerals including copper, zinc and selenium, plus vitamins A, D and E. Like all Agri-Blok products, it's weather resistant in normal conditions and self-feeding, and the 110kg tub suits range and pasture use.

Feeding Guidelines

Agri-Blok is a free-choice, self-fed supplement. Place the tub in a dry, accessible location in the pasture or range where all cattle can reach it. Cattle will self-regulate their intake based on nutritional need.

  • Beef cattle: Approximately 200–400g per head per day under normal conditions
  • Cows in late gestation or lactation may consume more — this is normal and expected
  • During drought or when forage quality is poor, intake will naturally increase — monitor and add tubs as needed
  • For large herds, provide one tub per 20–30 head to ensure all animals have adequate access
  • Place near water sources and shade to encourage use by all animals in the herd
